Connect garden hose to the sprayer. Turn on water. Hold down the lock tab and turn nozzle to the on position. Spray evenly over entire yard or kennel. Cover area, but do not saturate to puddle or run-off. Do not rinse, allow product to air dry thoroughly. This product is not known to harm trees, shrubs or flowers. To help reduce the occurrence of fleas and ticks, this product is best used year round, when weather permits.

Questions
Is Vets Best Flea and Tick yard spray safe around wild birds. I have a bird feeder but sometimes the birds walk on the ground to pick up what dropped.
Does this kill beneficial soil and garden bugs?
How long does the spray take to work? My neighbor hoards feral cats and after spraying, there's still fleas in my back yard over 24 hours later.

Could this be used in a basement that is infested with fleas?
- icu has good ideas! I think if you used a portable sprayer and could figure out how to dilute this product to the appropriate ratio, you could spray your basement well with it. However, I wouldn't let your pets in the basement until it had dried, even if you use the other house product. The smell from that much concentrated saturation will make them quite ill. Most pets can't inhale essential oils. You might consider your own lungs as well. The essential oils' volatility has to dissipate before they can be in that space. Same goes for using oils in a burner or diffuser. It's a NO-NO except for a very few types of oils.

Hi! My dog have A LOT of FLEA EGGS, in the vet they put the FRONTLINE PIPETTE, but since day 1 IT DOESN'T WORK, I don't know what to do, he has sensitive skin, or what brand of shampoo is effective for fleas? I SWEAR, I try my best to maintain my house clean, or any natural way like vinegar combined with the water when I shower him? Lemon? I had another dog and he was free of fleas putting a collar. Recently I found brown dog ticks on my German Shepard. We were able to eradicate any further ticks by using lemon water, lemongrass essential oil, cedar essential oil, and vinegar diluted with water. Today I woke up to the worst diarrhea I’ve ever seen from him! My vet only takes patients as an appt but I don’t have money to pay for that.

Hi doc! I’m having a flea issue. My apartment complex can’t spray the grass, and it is currently infested. My dog has gotten fleas 3 times In the last month or so. He’s on sentinel which kills flea eggs, and has gotten flea baths, but is there anything else I can do? He has super sensitive skin and I feel so bad when I see how red it is getting.
