What are the best indoor flea sprays for the home?
Essential oils for cats are a controversial topic - I'm wondering what you think of essential oil based flea and tick treatments for cats. Vet's Best has a spray formulated for cats, but I'm uncertain about the use of peppermint oil and oil of cloves. What's your take?
What's best for fleas on cats?
Hello! I bought Adams plus flea and tick spray to fight a flea problem I’m trying to overcome. I was told this product is safe for use on home surfaces if you have cats, so long as it’s allowed to dry before cats come into contact with it, due to pyrethoids and permethrins being potentially toxic to cats. How long would you say this product takes to dry if sprayed on rugs, curtains, cloth furniture, various surfaces, etc?

I am looking for an every day cleaner that is safe around my cat. I was using Mrs. Meyer’s as an all purpose cleaner until I saw that there was bergamot oil and birch bark extract, which I guess aren’t good for cats. I use Seventh Generation for a disenfectant, but it contains lemongrass which is also not good for cats. I obviously do not spray the cleaner directly on my cat, but if he walks on a countertop I have cleaned, is this dangerous? Are there any safe cleaners? Essential oils scare me!
I used flea spray on my cat that said it was vet approved I purchased it on amazon, however upon using it twice (one on the cat as it said it was safe) i read reviews saying it caused their cat to be sick. Only one or two reviews but I am still worried. He’s not displaying any abnormal puking or diarrhea or weakness but I’m still worried. Should I take him to the vet?
