Finally, Relief for Itchy, Smelly Paws!

Marina S

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Every year when the NYC humidity peaks in August, my 5-year-old Yorkie, Mia, starts obsessively licking her paws. They get red, irritated, and develop that yeasty, 'Frito feet' smell. I needed a shampoo that could help soothe her skin and provide some real comfort. I've been using this shampoo twice a week, focusing just on her paws to avoid the hassle of a full bath every time. It lathers gently and feels effective. My best tip is to use a soft brush to gently massage the shampoo between the paw pads and let it sit for the full 5-10 minutes. After just a few washes, the improvement is clear. Mia is licking her paws so much less, and that persistent yeasty odor is completely gone. The appearance of the redness between her pads has calmed down significantly, and she just seems so much more comfortable. It’s fantastic for providing comfort and addressing those stubborn issues in areas like paws and skin folds. It's now my go-to for managing her skin health during these summer months.

Relief for Itchy, Red Skin: Veterinary Formula

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My dog sometimes struggles with itchy, red patches on her skin, especially after long walks. This shampoo made a noticeable difference — it calms irritation, lathers gently, and rinses off without leaving residue. After just a couple of washes her skin looked less red and she wasn’t scratching as much. I also like that it’s free from parabens, dyes, and harsh soaps, so it feels safe for regular use. A bonus is that it helps with odor too — her coat smelled fresh and clean without being perfumey

Helps my dog

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My dog's been very itchy lately. She would violently scratch herself or suck on her paws. I decided to retire my old shampoo that I got few years ago with this one, and I think this has been a lot more gentle on her skin and has helped alleviate some redness and itchiness.

Show full ingredients on website

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really disappointed with how this brand lists their ingredients. On the website, they only show three: Benzethonium Chloride, Ketoconazole, and Aloe Vera. But when I received the bottle (this was sent to me for review), the actual ingredient panel was much longer. In addition to those three, it also includes a “proprietary surfactant blend” (which is not at all transparent), glycol distearate, fragrance, tetrasodium EDTA, and preservatives. My dog is dealing with a yeast overgrowth, so I was especially careful about checking ingredients. Fragrance is something many pet owners myself included want to avoid, and that wasn’t mentioned anywhere before receiving the product. For a product marketed for dogs with skin issues, it feels misleading to only show a partial list online. I think it’s really important that brands selling products for pets are upfront about all of the ingredients so owners can make an informed choice.

Great for dogs who have skin prone to yeast

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The spray has been amazing for my dog’s skin issues. She had little red spots that got irritated and matted, and this really helped calm them down between baths. It’s so easy to apply and keeps her skin cleaner and more comfortable. Even our vet said this was a good product to keep using alongside her treatment. I’m so glad we found something that actually works for her.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Clinical Care Antiseptic & Antifungal Shampoo worked wonders for my dog! He was dealing with itching, irritation, and some skin issues, and after just a few washes I saw a huge improvement. His skin looks healthier, the redness went away, and his coat feels soft and clean. I also like that it lathers well, rinses out easily, and has a light, pleasant scent. This shampoo really made a difference—I’ll definitely keep using it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My senior dachshund deals with skin allergies and washing with this shampoo every two weeks really helps keep any issues at bay in combination with her meds. The lather on this is lovely and a little goes a long way!
