My cat, Spectre is approximately a year and a half old. 2 months ago she started having asthma attacks. We’ve been to the ER vet once and she had two monthly 4 week steroid shots. It should have been time to take her back this Friday, but she is having an attack right now. So far, she hasn’t gotten to the point where she is stretched out trying to elongate everything to breathe, but it got really bad the first time. would it be safe to use an albuterol inhaler until we can get her to the vet?
Would inhaled steroids cause pancreatitis? Cat coughing in November and started on inhaled steroid but 3 days later got sick with pancreatitis. Have only been using ventolin for fear of a pancreatic flare up. Hasn’t coughed since March, but worried not treating her is causing damage. Not sure what to do. Specialist doesn’t know either. Need 3rd opinion.
I have a 1 yr old bearsed dragon with a respiratory infection and no money for a vet please help can I give him a nebulizer treatment with albuterol
My 14y/o fur baby has confirmed CHF. She's on lasix and prednisolone; however, lately is having a harder time breathing than usual and wheezes and coughs alot. My vet has already said current weather conditions make her worse etc. So my question is just until I can get her seen again, would Mucinex DM or an extra dose of steroid help her breath easier?
My dog has Asthma attacks one every day, how do I help him breathe, or do I let it pass
My 8mo old puppy got a hold of one of my albuterol tubes he bit into it don't know it he drank it he is playing and acting normal will he be okay
I ran out of gentacalm spray for my mini pig that was perscribed because every time we tried to put it on she would run away so we sprayed a lot. What exactly is in it? It smells like alcohol.
What will clear up a respiratory respiratory
Hi, is there a medicine i can buy from my local pet store to relieve mucus from chest, and throat of my 8 year old staff
I'm waiting for appointment with vet but my 8 lb kitty is having trouble breathing due to abundance of congestion. I had a 125 mg tablet leftover from a previous congestion issue with one of my other cats so I cut it half and disolved it and syringed it orally. Will that help.
Where can I get amorazole tablet for my dog on line
For about 6 months, Jolly has had a cough. Coughs mostly about ten minutes after waking up for around 30 secs. Is active otherwise. Meds including Caricef, Velosef, Ventolin, Azomax, Drontal haven't made any significant difference. Animal meds not available here. Vet wants to try Avil tablets and Pulmonol cough syrup, but it's impossible to make her eat/drink those. (Bitter?) Is there any feline version of these meds available abroad? Or any better, less bitter alternative that could be tried?
