The gate is cool but it’s missing pieces and I’ve yet to hear back from customer care, they were great on the phone but getting parts moving and updates on a $100+ loss would be great. I’m considering returning it before I call and ask again and just getting my money back to get a different one but I actually really NEED IT. So that’s been my* experience.

After reviewing several other extra tall cat gates, this UniPaws Extra Tall Cat gate was the perfect fit and height I needed to safely prevent my kitten from escaping the studio while trying to enter or exit. Using pressure points only, no tools are required the gate snaps together easily. The instructions could have been better written, however after reviewing the various parts it became simple to understand how to put it together.

Tension mechanism faulty

I bought this 3 months ago and the tension mechanism on one of the doors only worked for 2 months. Now the one door falls off if the breeze is too strong. Not useful for long term use.

DO NOT BUY they will cancel your order

I ordered back on 3/20/25. Got confirmation email and waited. On 3/30/25 they cancelled my order. I called support and the lady who helped me was very kind. She told me that they had them in stock and helped me put in my order again.
I got the next confirmation email on 3/31/25.
Yesterday 4/10/25 they cancelled my order again. Still shows as in stock. Very deceptive practice. Do not buy if you really needed this like I do.
