The online photo looked decent, but once we received it and actually touched it we realized just how uncomfortable the stands were, they are very hard. Plus you would think the screws would be flush so they aren't sticking up poking into your cat, but they were sticking up. I ended up returning this, i did not want to keep something close to $100 that i felt was bad quality. Its like the person who designed it doesnt own a cat or something.

Purchased May 2022 and by January 2023 is started becoming loose and would wobble when my cat would jump up. Tried tightening and still wobbles. Maybe she's a little too chunky for this. I think if you have a lighter cat, this might be worth it.
