Directions unclear
Terrible directions which are unclear. I ruined one of the pieces putting it together and have to jury-rig it. Pieces are nice.

Cat tree disaster.
I'm sorry to say I received a defective one. Could not put together. The post would not screw in and the first steps were loose. One post end was only a hole. Then one piece broke off when trying take off one of the 2 post that did screw on would not screw off. Called Petco several times and cannot get it returned saying waiting on seller to respond. Obvious after several attempts they are not going to. First time I've had a problem with Petco.

Perfect size, great cat tower!
This is such a great cat tower!! My cat LOVES it, he loves lounging on all the multiple levels! The poles are the classic material that cats like to scratch on, while the base and levels are a soft furry material which is very nice. It’s a great size, big enough for my cat to get up high but not too big that it takes up a lot of space. Would definitely recommend this tower!
