I bought this 2 months ago and have been using it ever since. I have a 95 lb Long haired German Shepard and for the past year he has been itchy, extremely flaky, and had irritated skin! I tried everything! The vet recommended this. And I immediately saw results after the first use. The flakes starting going away. Gave him another bath with this a week later and they were gone. I have also noticed that his fur is extremely soft and I can finally go back to only bathing him once a month!!

I purchased this product because our dog had dry and irritated skin and was scratching so much that he made noises while scratching. He generally hates baths but once I applied this product and began massaging it into his skin, he seemed to calm down. We immediately noticed that he wasn't really scratching anymore. He then started to scratch only his face. I repeated the process washing and applying the product only to his face. He stopped scratching his face too! For my dog, I saw the difference immediately.

      My dog has some sort of dermatitis and the vet recommended I get a shampoo with ketoconazole. Would this help with her problem? I don't think this has that. She has a fungal problem.

        TropiClean does not list ketoconazole as an ingredient in any of its products and therefore cannot verify its efficacy for dermatitis.
