The Reef Compact 500 is a diminutive, 4.5-inch-tall submersible pump for both marine and freshwater aquariums. It's well thought through design features a base feed which allows the pump to continue to function in low water situations and makes it very functional as a transfer / water change pump, capable of leaving very little water behind. The 500 has a footprint only 2.2 inches in diameter so it takes up very little real estate in a sump. The 500 is very quiet running, and while the maximum flow is 132gph, it can be finely tuned with the ten different speed settings available.

Hello, I bought 3 fish (2 cichlids and 1 ray) and an aquarium (90 litres) yesterday. I prepared the aquarium and put the fish inside. However there is a power shortage at the moment. The temperature of the water is fine but what can I do to increase the oxygen level?

Hi, Got a marine fish tank 120L. The blue tang got white ich a week back and it died and post that within a week all the other fishes died. Had a pair of clowns and various damsels. Now with no fishes in the tank, what should I do next? I plan to get the water tested and plan not to add any new fish till 2-3 months? Anything that needs to be done during this phase? I have switched off all the power and filter in the tank. Thanks, Milton
I have a 20 gallon tank. I'm thinking of buying +5 fish. Which fish could I buy and what would I need for the fish and tank?
I was wondering if my tank is big enough for them to be happy. The tank is currently 90L. Thanks!
Two of the fish fins are clamping down close to their body. I did 75% water change and hopefully they will get better. I do not have the water testing kit. Will buy soon. Is there any ways to get them better? I could see some of their scales are off. They sometimes don’t swim, they just stay there and let the water flow move them. I’m getting air stone soon. Do I need VERY strong filter for them? (It’s little filter) two of them is sometimes going up to surface?
Hey! I have a empty 5.5 and I planned on getting a baby betta the brand is Topfin. and I was just curious about the filter on it and if you think it would be to tough and blow the betta around or suck it into the filter. I also heard that Smaller Bettas are recommended live food but I don’t know how to raise anything like vinegar eels, microworms, etc.
How to kill and prevent Destritus worms in sand fish tank or planted fish tank without harming to fish ? Before I used top filter but currently use internal filter ,but I know how to prevent and handling this situation in future if I face this problem again because I face past this problem when I used top filter in 72 litre tank , and I used albendazole 500mg. but all fish died after this treatment ........ I listen that some fish keepers used FENBENDAZOLE ...but I don't used before
