Tropic Marin Phos-Start is formulated to emulate the nutrient supply mechanisms observed in natural coral reef environments. Inspired by the insoluble, particulate excretions of fish or plankton found in the wild, Phos-Start provides corals with phosphate and other essential substances required for optimal health and growth.

For use for the first 2 to 3 months during initial cycling phase and in the young aquarium. Phos-Start can be added at any time of the day or night. Since the application clouds the water somewhat, Phos-Start should preferably be dosed around the time the lighting is switched off. The water is particularly clean after the turbidity clears. Half fill a container with approximately 200ml of water from the reef aquarium (reverse osmosis water is not suitable!) and add the calculated amount of Phos-Start. Mix powder and water well by stirring. Pour the suspension into the current of the aquarium and rinse the cup with aquarium water. Start with a daily dosage of 1 ml (small measuring spoon) Phos-Start per 100 US-gal aquarium water. If after four weeks a phosphate concentration between 0.05 ppm and 0.15 ppm is not reached in the aquarium, double the dosage to 2 ml per 100 US-gal. We recommend not to exceed a maximum dosage of 4 ml per 100 US-gal.
Not suitable for human consumption.

Can yu suggest any calcium tab product which is brilliant for gsd dog
My dog (35 pound, 2 year old corgi) ingested about two 50 grams (1.8 oz) bags of Fluker’s Repta Boost insectavore/carnivore high amp boost and appetite stimulant. The ingredients don’t seem dangerous but I need a second opinion.
I have 2 fancy goldfish in a 60 gallon tank and one of them, has stopped eating and became lethargic after about five days after I got him! He hasn’t eaten in about 4 days. The tank was cycled using a filter cartridge from an established tank. 15% water changes every 4 days and yesterday I did a 50% water change, I then removed the activated carbon and added metroplex and kanaplex and aquarium salt. No improvement. Should I put the activated carbon back in or continue treating with the meds?
What is this I have tried all sorts of water additives powders different toothpaste etc
Trying to treat betta for Popeye otherwise healthy happy and active. Moved from five to three gallon filtered heated tanks. Feed freeze dried blood worms, daphnia and bug bites by fluval. Also am changing some if not all water every few days. Treated with kanaplex several doses no real improvement. Switzed to metroplex in water treatment as I don't know how food treatment works or how to dose started four doses two days apart and there is some improvement to the eyes. Med is miconidazole.
Can we give a calcium supplement bought from the pet store for kittens ( 3months, 1.8kg,male mainecoon mix). It is tablet form with dosage for kittens.
I’m trying to cycle a 10 gal fish tank. I have been adding your biological booster for a month now and nothing is happening. The ammonia is holding steady at .5 ppm and I’m not seeing any nitrites. Is there a way I can test to see if there are actually live bacteria in the booster. I’ve checked everything else I can think of.
Best foods for 29gallon tank with 4Rosaline Sharks, 4Congo Tetras, 1large bushy nosed plecostamus. Vitamins?
