Tropic Marin Nitribiotic is a combination of probiotic and nitrifying bacteria in one preparation which activate the immune systems of fish and shrimps and improves the water quality. The nitrifying bacteria efficiently start the nitrification process, the process of breaking toxic ammonia down into non-toxic nitrate. The purple bacteria contained in Tropic Marin Nitribiotic oxidizes toxic hydrogen sulphide to non-toxic Sulphur and sulphate.

Shake the bottle well before each use! To enable the bacteria to develop unimpeded in the aquarium, turn off UV systems, ozonizes and skimmers before dosing and only turn on again 3-4 hours after dosing. Nitribiotic can be dosed into the inlet of a biological filter or directly into the aquarium water. Attach the enclosed hose to the syringe and measure the desired amount of Nitribiotic with the syringe. The air that gets into the hose and syringe while pulling the syringe, does not affect the dosage. The bottom edge of the plunger always displays the correct dosing amount even if the desired quantity of Nitribiotic, due to the air drawn in, is only in the hose and not in the syringe chamber. The air drawn in serves to empty the hose during dosing. Begin with a dose of 1 ml for every 100 l (26 US-gal) of aquarium system volume. A subsequent weekly dosing of 1 ml per 200 l (52 US-gal) of aquarium system volume maintains and renews the probiotic effect.
If the product gets into your eye please rinse consistently with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses if wearing and continue rinsing.

Hello i have a fish tank 45l with 11 fishes in it (Shubunkin , opaline gourami , honey gourami , trichogaster etc) . i added the fish a week ago and tested the water and it was fine.today i see that 2 of my Scalars aren't eating like everyone else , so i tested the water . Everything was fine except for Nitrite levels that was 3.0 - 5.0 ppm. I changed 25 % of the water and added Easy Life Filter Medium and after some hours i tested again the water quality and it was the same I also added salt
Trying to treat betta for Popeye otherwise healthy happy and active. Moved from five to three gallon filtered heated tanks. Feed freeze dried blood worms, daphnia and bug bites by fluval. Also am changing some if not all water every few days. Treated with kanaplex several doses no real improvement. Switzed to metroplex in water treatment as I don't know how food treatment works or how to dose started four doses two days apart and there is some improvement to the eyes. Med is miconidazole.
Hi, My fish has white spot which is expanding. It also has something around mouth. Spot looks white with small dots in it. I thought it is an ich outbreak. Currently tank is treated with Sera omnipur (30% of recommended dose). It is big pufferfish. thanks for your help Nikola
I have recently used medication in my 50 gal freshwater fish tank with one 22 year old comet goldfish in it . the meds cured my fish but must have killed my beneficial Bacteria as now my established tank has been going through another nitrogen cycle. It's been four weeks now the ammonia us back to zero so is nitrite zero BUT my nitrates are now spiked about 80 and the water is cloudy. Did 2 partial water changes over the last 8 days. Will a UV sterilizer help ?? Please advise. Thanks Lina

I've been giving my guinea pigs this for a supplement and it's been working great. When I got Sebastian he was 3 months so I only did 16 drops, but Sincestian is now 8 months I was thinking putting the full dose of 32 drops in the water. But Cosmo is only five months. If I went to 32 drops would it be bad for Cosmo? I do have two water bottles but they share everything so either way he will drink the other bottle.
