Is the shelf adjustable at all? It looks pretty low 4 a cat to be doing his/her business. . . like he'd need to be hunched ovr a bit. ??
- Hello LRad 3, This item does not have an adjustable shelf. The bottom litter pan space is 19" in height. The shelf is where it is for the entrance hole. Thank you for your question.

What is the measurement across the opening of the Circle cut-out to enter the Pet House? (Note: Sorry, I always forget Diameter vs Circumference; which is which?) Also, is the opening on the inside, to change levels, the same measurement??

I see the dimensions listed but I assume those are the exterior dimensions. What are the interior dimensions? I have a particular large litter box I want to use and am trying to see if it would fit

I don't see an opening in the single photo in the ad . I can't see an opening in the door as explained in Curious27's answer . Do we have to cut it ourselves or what ? Is it a punch-out ? Better photos would be appreciated !

How does the cat get in? Do u have to leave the door open? If so then, what's the benefit?
- Curious27 - Thank you for your question regarding our 2 story cat home. The door does not have to be open to enter. There is a cutout in the door for the cat to climb in and out of. Hey do y'all know the best type of dog house for an outdoor dog so they can stay warm or put some hay or cedar chips in there to also help with fleas?
I got a wooden house for the dog, i will put warm blankets on the inside, and her pillow/bed on the inside. The door is plastic three stripes. Can I leave her to sleep and stay at the balcony at night or during the day ? temperature goes down to -5 celsius

Hi, I was looking to buy a hamster house for the winter. I was looking at a small birdhouse, but they are made of wood. I was wondering if it would be safe for her to live in as I was going to add nesting material in it as well. I have a Chinese dwarf hamster.
My husband and I live I a very small house . One bedroom ,one bath. We have one adult indoor cat, and a large Husky/ wolf dog. It's crowded! We have adopted our daughter's dog. She is a small breed mix. She has had at least one traumatic experience in which she was taken and dropped off on a rural road. There were storms during the three days it took to find her. She is very scared during stormy weather. Our problem with her is sometimes when left alone for several hours or a day, she will scratch at the door as if trying to dig her way out. She has destroyed the carpet near the door and the brand new linoleum we put in place.
