Is the shelf adjustable at all? It looks pretty low 4 a cat to be doing his/her business. . . like he'd need to be hunched ovr a bit. ??
- Hello LRad 3, This item does not have an adjustable shelf. The bottom litter pan space is 19" in height. The shelf is where it is for the entrance hole. Thank you for your question.

What is the measurement across the opening of the Circle cut-out to enter the Pet House? (Note: Sorry, I always forget Diameter vs Circumference; which is which?) Also, is the opening on the inside, to change levels, the same measurement??

I don't see an opening in the single photo in the ad . I can't see an opening in the door as explained in Curious27's answer . Do we have to cut it ourselves or what ? Is it a punch-out ? Better photos would be appreciated !

How does the cat get in? Do u have to leave the door open? If so then, what's the benefit?
- Curious27 - Thank you for your question regarding our 2 story cat home. The door does not have to be open to enter. There is a cutout in the door for the cat to climb in and out of. I got a wooden house for the dog, i will put warm blankets on the inside, and her pillow/bed on the inside. The door is plastic three stripes. Can I leave her to sleep and stay at the balcony at night or during the day ? temperature goes down to -5 celsius

We have adopted our daughter's dog. She is a small breed mix. She has had at least one traumatic experience in which she was taken and dropped off on a rural road. There were storms during the three days it took to find her. She is very scared during stormy weather. Our problem with her is sometimes when left alone for several hours or a day, she will scratch at the door as if trying to dig her way out. She has destroyed the carpet near the door and the brand new linoleum we put in place.

3yo housebroken Retriever/Husky mix, female. Very sweet, I adopted her yesterday. She finally peed outside this morning, but yesterday she peed on the rug after drinking a lot of water repeatedly out of my running water outdoor fountain. I've since covered it. Any advice? Likely just moving jitters? Also, she has yet to have a movement. I take her out every 2 hours and we hit the park this morning. Thanks for your advice!
We have had Bella, our girl Jack Russell, for 5 years. 3!days ago, we got a female Toy Rat Terrier named Harley. Harley never seems to calm down, Bella seems to get jealous. They get along sometimes, they’ll chase each other and pay tug-of-war with each other. But we are leaving for a cruise in less than 2 weeks. Bella has a dog door, and Harley is having trouble getting potty trained. we can’t find someone to be here 24/7. What should we do the week we are gone? Do you have any advice?
