I was looking for a cat tree that wasn't very high but had a lot of scratching post area. This seemed to me what I was looking for. My kitty has not tried to use the scratching posts yet but it is really light and it may slide across the floor as she is scratching. Rubber around the bottom probably would have been beneficial if you don't have it on carpeting. I had just completed the assembly and it is very cute. The little bed part on Top of the cubby is so small, none of my big kids would be able to curl themselves up that tight to fit in there. I'm hoping one of the three kitties actually use it. Reasonable price. What I didn't care for was the fact that I can tell the Box had been cut open and then taped across the top and the package with the screws had been torn open and then re-taped. The condition was perfect I just hope it was not a return and that another cat had not been near it.
