Arrived in good condition ..I have one small bunny 5pds, it is a good size for him. I am happy with the purchase. Directions were in English despite what some reviews stated. I would recommend this product for inside use as I don't believe it is insulated although the roof has a shingle material it would not be warm enough. I have mine in my mudroom. Good product.

We like the overall product but when it arrived the box was in shambles and everything was completely covered in little balls of Styrofoam. We spend at least 20 minutes vacuuming off all the parts and all the surrounding areas because there was Styrofoam EVERYWHERE! The end product is nice but the bottom drawer sags in the middle which allows little rabbit poops to be kicked out of the cage. In short I would not pay the full price for this cage but the sale price was almost worth the hassle.

Very disappointed. After waiting 5 days for delivery, driving an hour and a half to go pick it up, the box was flimsy and destroyed. Opened up the package and it was damaged. Broken wood and splinters.

Board cane damage, latches aren’t long enough to operate both doors like it’s design so you’ll need to buy 2 more at Lowe’s. Can’t use 1 divider cause it’s bent so it keeps falling out instruction are pictures not many words pay attention cause English instructions under German ones. Company trixie did resolve my issues quickly

Boards came damaged waited for them to arrive. German instructions no English ones & latches on the door aren’t long enough so u barely touch anywhere on it & they open up. No help with my issues from maker or Petco

Product was delivered when excepted. There was NO English instructions on how to build it Petco & Trixiepet wasn’t any help with that had to google them. Roof piece came damged can’t use it so now praying they will send it like they claimed they would. So far I don’t feel comfortable recommending this hutch

The hutch looks very nice overall. I would keep this hutch as indoor hutch only. Pros: Good looking and looks great in any room (it's natural pine) Lots of space (big enough for one big rabbit or two smaller rabbits) Easy to put together with another person to hold some peices Easy to clean up after the rabbit with the pull out drawers Rabbit loves the ramp, easy for a bunny to use Its a good price for the size of the hutch The legs of the hutch keep it off the ground perfect for indoor use Cons: Shipping takes awhile and it can come to you damaged The wood smells strongly of pine once you get it (the smell goes away after its aired out) The wood is soft so provide toys for your rabbit to chew and/or a mineral block Not for outdoor use Overall I would recommend this hutch to any rabbit lover!

I got this a few weeks ago and there is a good amount of space for my rabbit he seems to love it and the quality is really good I think it will last forever
