Irregardless of the shingled roof, is the top portion of the house (balcony) waterproof? I don’t want the inside to leak. Also does this balcony top open to clean the inside of the house?

My kitten likes to scratch my wooden chair, doors,and occasionally the door frames. I bought her a wooden cat scratcher with catnip and all she does is bite, sleeps, and lays on it. Do you have any recommendations on what would be a good scratching post? Sisal rope, Sisal carpet, and etc?

Hi! We have this cat room (pictures attached) because they don't get along with Pharah. Is the cat room okay? We can't really afford any cat "furniture" right now or the doggy gates so we have a long chair in front. Dog doesn't go there and cats can still see the living room. Is the placement of food (on top of the table) and litter (under table next to each other) good? Should we add more things to the room? Also they only go out of the room when dog is away, like walks.
I have about 75 cats(joke), nine inside. I know... all neutered. one outside 99%-neutered. Steven, out, comes in only bad weather cause Bruce, bully, and Charlotte, bully, all want to jump him. problem, I think is territory. My cat is super active at night for a few days, she keeps scratching the sofa and running around. She is spayed. We have two scratching cardboards and a cat tree for her. We just moved to a new apartment for 3 weeks and she seems accommodating quite well for the new environment.
