I love it and my outside cat lives in it. The only thing i didnt like about it is the smell was breath taking. It was just horrible.

I agree with the person who reported this cat house has a VERY BAD smell to all of the parts. There is NO way I would ever let my cats go into side with the smell. It seems that Petco orders these products from China, but would seem they never open the boxes. If they did, they would know about the smell. Could actually be harmful to animals. I know I had to wash my eyes as the smell bothered them.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Irregardless of the shingled roof, is the top portion of the house (balcony) waterproof?  I don’t want the inside to leak.  Also does this balcony top open to clean the inside of the house?
