We have had this product for a while. Our dog would never have anything to do with it. I would not call it weatherproof. It is rotting under the roof; paint has come off; exposed wood on roof is rotting. Unsure if any of it can be salvaged to donate to local charity. Considerable cost for something of no use.

This dog house was delivered damaged. I have repeatedly reached out to this company with no resolve. My advice to you is to never order from this company. They do not make good on the advertised warranty. They took my money and have not offered a replacement or my money back.

It's not gray,it's cream color and poorly stained. It does not bring the door cover,it's an accessory. That is what's on the box,but not on the website. Quality seems ok, but a bit small on the inside for a hound, I just hope my dog loves this house after I stain it gray and white . I will also have to paint the roof black because it's brown. If my dog hates the house,I guess it will be another yard accessory, I hope not. Overall it's a good looking house,but a bit too much work to get it the way it should of been from the beginning.

It came to me broken and split in two places. I still managed to put it together and I guess it will hold up. I don't know if it was damaged by FedEx or was shipped that way from Petco. It says it's 'pre-stained' but I'm not sure how well that's going to hold up. Probably should paint it BEFORE you put it together.
