Parameters for being outside for a 7/8 yt? old rescue beagle.. She prefers to be out. Had an igloo dog house.
I got a wooden house for the dog, i will put warm blankets on the inside, and her pillow/bed on the inside. The door is plastic three stripes. Can I leave her to sleep and stay at the balcony at night or during the day ? temperature goes down to -5 celsius
I want to crate train my 1 year old dog. I bought a "medium" crate for her , shes 25 lbs - aussie/dashund mix so shes kind of long shaped. The measurments on the box are for a dog even taller/wider than mine... but the crate doesnt really seem big enough for her to turn around in (unless she kind of squirmed up into a circle). Do you think I need to buy a larger crate? Why does the size on the box say its good for the dog's size.. / ?
I've moved and to get my cat acclimated I've decided I'm going to crate him while we are working. The crate i have is 42"x28"x30", with a dual level. Will this be enough space for my cat? He is 14y/o, and will be crated for 6-8 hours 5 days a week for a few weeks, until he gets used to the area. Of course he'll be inside the house, and let out in the evenings and sometimes for a bit on lunchtime.
Hi, i need some help with my dog. We are about to be evicted because she has gained weight and will not pass the laws in the building. We live in BC and will not surrender our dog but we are coming to the last 3 days of trying to solve this problem of her weight/height. A Our property manager has asked for a letter from a vet starting that our dog is not over 20' and not over 40 lbs'. Could anyone assist us? We are devastated. 1 bedroom in BC costs $2100 and are very hard to find.
I'm having trouble trying to find the proper enclosure for my dog. She seems to be having separation anxiety and she already destroyed a part of my door after only being alone for 2 hours. Hi, i have a beautiful dog part american bulldog and australian shepard. 3 months and 2 weeks old 26 pounds. I wanted to know if it was safe for him to sleep outside my backyard. I have a dog house with enough room for him to sleep warm and dry beside my house. He is up to date on his shots incohdig heart worm. Weather in houston tx is around 55-70. I just want to make sure if he would be okay sleeping outside in his dog house permentaly cause he getting to big for doggy door .
So my dog keeps peeing in her kennel. I have started making more frequent potty breaks and that has helped some. But she still has accidents about twice a week. So I have thought about getting her a smaller kennel. She is in a 42’’ wire kennel. She can lay in a ball in the corner of it and not take up much room. She is too tall for a smaller kennel. What should I do? Also she had had all her bloodwork done and nothing is wrong. She is 30’’ tall and 30’’ long.
So about my rabbit again.. she does have a towel that she plays with so she may have ingested some and she is shedding right now. Any reccomend vet I can take her to for cheaper around henrico, va. I dont have a lot of money to take her.. help?
We have adopted our daughter's dog. She is a small breed mix. She has had at least one traumatic experience in which she was taken and dropped off on a rural road. There were storms during the three days it took to find her. She is very scared during stormy weather. Our problem with her is sometimes when left alone for several hours or a day, she will scratch at the door as if trying to dig her way out. She has destroyed the carpet near the door and the brand new linoleum we put in place.
What kind of litter box should I get for my bunny.. I searched online and there was one with the 3 layer, second one was simple one . He keeps getting his paws wet . Also he is litter trained and goes to his place for his work but whenever he is in our bed he pees on blanket and bed sheets and even pillows too
