this arrived with many broken pieces, wood cracked, plastic footings cracked and one missing, it was a mess. packing materials messy and poor quality. the box was falling apart when it got here, and most of the pieces are broken. i will never purchase one of their products again.

The cage is a great size and looks nice but the trays are no where near deep enough and are pretty flimsy. There is no way to slide out the tray with bedding in it and not make a huge mess. I end up having to scoop it clean before removing it. I would never purchase this again.

We bought this for Xmas and love it! The quality is great, and the natural wood color looks so nice in our backyard. With the insulation and plastic windows, our rabbits have been very comfortable outside during the colder weather. We did put extra straw in the attic to keep them warm too. We leave the door between upstairs and downstairs open, but it's nice to know that we can keep them separated if need be.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Where can I find a cover for this hutch? Does rain seep through the top?

Our Insulated Two Story Rabbit Hutch is made from glazed pine, powder-coated metal lattice, composite asphalt roof shingles, Styrofoam, plastic and metal. In addition to these high-quality materials, the roof is angled slightly with a lip which will prevent water from seeping though the top. Thank you.

The dimensions don't seem correct to me. Is it really ~45" Long and ~45" Wide.. while being only ~25" in Height????
