Item arrived on time but damaged. We fixed tge nails and plank that splintered.

The small size hatch I ordered gives the wrong dimensions it gives the dimensions of the medium. So when it arrived it's much smaller.

I’m not sure what size hutch I have, but I have a Norwegian dwarf rabbit and he’s almost too big for this. I only keep him in the hutch at night or if my cat needs a break, but even then I feel bad. I got this hutch with my bunny when the original owner got rid of him (adopt don’t shop!) and it is very sturdy, and I like that you can take the top shelf out to clean. The ramp is very steep, but I put a large rock underneath to help. I don’t like that there’s no bottom, I’ve had to get creative with ply wood and a plastic boot tray. It works for now, but I’ll be saving up for something better. This would work great for a couple Guinea pigs or ferrets, but this would not work for any rabbit larger than 5lbs.

this hutch is way too small! personally i do not agree with hutches but this is just crossing the line! your rabbit is going to die very soon of no exercise, and the fact that they used one of those kinds of water bottles in the picture is just sad! you wouldnt use that on a cat or a dog so why do this to a rabbit? it hurts they're neck and and the cage has no room at all FOR ANYTHING not even zoomies! i think this is a total waste of money and really bad for your rabbits lifestyle condition! please dont get this, im sure your rabbit would tell you the same, go free roam today!!! i would not recommend this product to anybody. only gave it one star bc i had to, i would've given zero.

Snowball, our Rex albino rabbit started her life in this hutch and loves it! She runs up the ladder and does her business upstairs in her litter box (a plastic container with pine shavings; we also use soda flats from the local country store in Industry, TX). She runs downstairs for food, water, and playtime. We have it setup in our garage with a box fan due to this summer heat. It is easy to keep clean; the liners are removable. We also like the doors that give us access to her if we want to pick her up for playtime. Our neighbors have commented on the nice look of it from the street when we have the garage door open. We love our animals and will probably order another one for our home in Houston. Awesome product!

Easy to assemble and well built for the price. We are very happy with this product. Also good instructions and hardware was well organized in package.

We have had the hutches up for a couple of weeks now and they are doing great! The bunnies hop up and down the ramps all day and love the space. Our rabbits are medium size as they are Lion Head bunnies. You couldn't even try to buy the supplies for what we paid. The pull out tray is really nice too as it is plastic in side. To clean we take the bunnies out, pull the tray out and scrap out the rest of the stuff in hutch. Then spray it out with a hose. It takes about 10 mins for each hutch to clean. I will defiantly be buying more of these for the future bunnies.

Bought this for my Polish rabbit Rascal. His old hutch was beginning to age and I wanted to give him more room to hide and relax. Bought this hutch because I liked the 2 story design and the fact that the upper level can be closed off with the trapdoor. Rascal loves it! He hides a lot in the upper level. Seems like he enjoys the design. The hutch was easy to assemble and looks great!
