The top and two side beds are very small. The bolt provided to secure the base is way too short so it lifts off the base and the cats can’t and won’t use the scratching post as it tips over. There is no website or information to get in touch with the company to get a replacement bolt. My cats don’t go near it. Total waste of a 100.00 bill. I’ve found much nicer trees for much less.

Cats Love it!!:) I bought two because they would fight over it. Very well made, durable and attractive! Assembly is a breeze , just one screw included with an alan wrench :) Very happy with this purchase!!:)

Cat wouldn’t use this until I put one of my Shih tzus on the top and then she jumped right up as soon as dog got down lol. Top slides to the side constantly. Will not stay on completely. Have to constantly adjust it. Two places on side are way too small for a regular sized cat!

My cats love this condo, but it is not safe for them to play on. The top of the condo is larger than the base, making it unstable. My 5 lb kitten has toppled this condo numerous times. The sisal scratching panel is not adhered to the tower, so when my cats scratch on it, it pulls away from the backing. Yesterday my 8 lb cat topped the condo onto the kitten. I put the condo out of reach until I can attach a larger base to stabilize it. Other than that, the condo is great, with a large top bed, and round soft cushions for each level of condo and the top bed.

I thought this tower had the sisal scratching surface completely wrapped around the tower as I had seen on one in a store. The Sisal is only on half of the tower. The other half is the plush fabric, which will shred if scratched. It is worth the $40 sale price I paid, but definitely not worth the full price. Other than that, this is a great tower. the beds are very plush and comfy, and the tower is very sturdy. It was simple to put together, although there were no instructions. The hardware included a page stating that if the instructions were missing, to go to the website to contact customer service or to download the instructions. That's a cop out for not including instructions. Why not put the instructions in the same packet with the hardware and information on going to the website?

This just arrivedf. My cat was eager to use it, but there were no instructions as to how to attach the top platform nor an explanation as to why there are screw holes in each of the two "inside" platforms. Not sure how useful the inside "condos" will be for a 12 lb. Maine Coon, but she already likes resting on the top (softened with one of the cushions and the platform cover topped with only the bed). Would still like to see instructions, though.
