I put the trixie dream together but the top piece does have 2 holes but the piece just goes on it is not secured down is this correct ?

How does the condo hold the second platform that is on top of it?
- We just screwed the screws thru the fabric and holes..

Of the 2 oval platforms, which is the top one?
- The top one is the one completely covered in fabric while the bottom one only has fabric on one side. The top one also only has two pre-made holes for screws while the bottom has three.
