The cardboard that puts together the scratching post completely ripped and broke when assembling. Absolute piece of junk that I can't believe costs 40 dollars. You can either have the top of it be completely wobbly or you can try and secure it, but then it'll just rip and break. Cause a product that is made of cardboard should absolutely cost 40 dollars. Makes perfect sense...Had I known that, I never would have bought it. Unreal.

I noticed that my kitten liked to sit in my lap like a hammock when I wore skirts. I saw this and just had to get it for her. She absolutely loves it! She likes to go nuts with the ball and scratching posts on the side too. Very glad with my purchase. Quality was what I expected and I have not yet had any “shedding” issues with the fabric. So it’s a win!

This was extremely easy to put together and holds our chonk of a 25 pounder kitty. He loves it. It has helped detour him from scratching my door frames and furniture as well.

WE HAVE A LARGE BOY CAT THAT KNOCKS OVER A SINGULAR SCRATCHING POST, SO WE HAVE TWO OF THESE IN OUR HOME AND HAVE SENT ANOTHER TWO OF THEM AS GIFTS FOR A FRIEND WHO ALSO HAS A LARGE BOY CAT. OUR BOY CAT LOVES TO SCRATCH ON THESE POSTS. WE SPRAY THEM WITH CATNIP WHICH ATTRACKS THE CAT.

Very sturdy and well made, it was quick and easy to put together. My very wary cat took to it almost immediately. I don’t think she’s discovered the scratching posts or they would be showing some wear by now! The top lounging spot is made of durable, plush material that is smaller in dimension than the picture depicts. My medium size cat fit perfectly in it. Overall, I think I got a great deal on this while it was on sale.

Is there a trick to getting cats to use this? I think it looks comfy, but my cats think otherwise and won't even jump up on it to check it out.

Honestly it took my cat a while to appreciate this one but now he loves it, snuggling up on the top and laying on the bottom. Try sprinkling some catnip on the posts and they'll investigate.

I have Siamese kitties, three of them, and they can puke on demand. I put the item outside in the sun for the "puke" to harden. Scrape off as much as possible, then with a damp cloth and mild soap, wipe the item down. After you get it clean, use a damp cloth (no soap) to clean it good, you don't want kitty to be licking soap. They lick the strangest things. I fed them some food the other day that had little whole fishies in it. One of them puked on my sandal to thank me. I did the same procedure with my shoe. But used more aggressive scrubbing and lots of water. Hope this helps.
