Hi, I live in a small apartment and I have a miniature poodle she's a pretty well trained dog, however she likes to lay in between entrances and exits and stretch out making us having to walk slower or go around her to get to where we are going like the hallway, the walk space between the living room and etc. PLEASE have any advice? We recently got an electronic doggie door. While we are training them we have it set to unlocked. Our 50-pound lab mix has pretty much figured it out. However we also have midna the Chiweenie she is scared of the door I think so because we had to buy it says for the bigger dog and every time she considers going through right after Sarah it smacks her in the face. It is light enough for her to push it open if she decides to they both had the same training when we first got it but she refuses
Hi! We have this cat room (pictures attached) because they don't get along with Pharah. Is the cat room okay? We can't really afford any cat "furniture" right now or the doggy gates so we have a long chair in front. Dog doesn't go there and cats can still see the living room. Is the placement of food (on top of the table) and litter (under table next to each other) good? Should we add more things to the room? Also they only go out of the room when dog is away, like walks.

We have adopted our daughter's dog. She is a small breed mix. She has had at least one traumatic experience in which she was taken and dropped off on a rural road. There were storms during the three days it took to find her. She is very scared during stormy weather. Our problem with her is sometimes when left alone for several hours or a day, she will scratch at the door as if trying to dig her way out. She has destroyed the carpet near the door and the brand new linoleum we put in place.

Help! Our 5 year old has out of no where, having separation anxiety!!! Chewing through everything to get outside the front porch while we are gone!! We have a trex deck on our porch with a locked gate that she has full access to, but still wants to chew her way out. I started her on a sedation pill from our vet, but even though it calms her down, she still wants to chew her way out!!! I'm getting desperate and confined to my house, if I can't take her with me!!! So my puppy chews her fencing of her dog run. A high respected trainer recommended a remote stem collar, as it isn’t SA as she doesn’t care about me when she comes out just wants to sniff and play outside, so what I’m going to do is have someone leave in a car and stay and if she chews the run she gets a stem, the trainer said she trained a few dogs with same issue and fixed within a week -2. I got Esky Dog Shock collar a good brand? Is this mean? I think it’s crueler to let her break her teeth
