First play with box plastic handle was broken, second play door broken. Frankly it was a waste of my money and wish I could return it and recieve a refund! Save your money......

Fun Game
My Blue Heeler solved level 1 in 5 minutes, but they are super smart. My other dogs could only figure one of the tasks. Got this one thinking this would challenge her. Nope, she solved it in 5 minutes. But it keeps her busy for a few minutes. But I truly think it would be great for other dogs. Heelers are one of a kind.

Bad quality & loose pieces
Terrible product. Showed up with one piece lodged in the wrong direction and a second part works only sporadically. Plus there’s a loose piece that big dog could probably choke on. Glad Petco let me return it!

Needs some improvement
Would have rated it higher, except that one part is not working correctly. As other reviews have pointed out, the flinging tower doesn't really work well. The inner disk portion is out of place and stuck. I was able to fix it once, but my dog knocks it out of place easily and I'm tired of trying to teach him how to use it properly. All the other parts work well, and he really enjoys playing with it.

Poorly designed. Don’t recommend.
So it has some interesting elements, but the round one w the little lever has a disk inside that shifts easily. It is stuck sideways and without even one picture in the instructions, no way to know how it’s supposed to sit even if I could get it unstuck. They made one element w a removable top, not sure why this one couldn’t be the same. If it’s not attached in any way, how do they expect it to ship or be moved around without getting out of place?. So I’ve paid full price for 75% of a product.

Great puzzle box for smart dogs
Really fun and entertaining for my dog! The slide lid does stick a little and the one that he has to press with his paw should be a bit deeper to prevent him from being able to get the treat with his tongue, but he really enjoys it and it's been so fun to train him on it! It's also pretty different from most other food puzzles I've found, which is AWESOME as it is more challenging and therefore entertaining for longer. Thanks for making this!

- No there's no video. But once the treats are there your dog will be intrigued enough to figure out how to get to them :)

Is this toy appropriate for a large dog of 80 pounds?
- Yes! My 75 pound dog, as well as my 20 pound corgi, use and love it! Just be patient with him as he learns to use it. Corgi caught on fast, big boy took a while to learn :)

What are the dimensions of this toy and is it appropriately sized for a 50 pound dog?
- Hello RicardOh. The Poker Box Level 2 is a 12x12" activity. It has non slip rubber feet that keeps the base in place so the weight of the dog is not the problem. This activity is a level 2 activity so if the dog can be trained using this one without a level 1 then you should have no problems with it's use. Hope this helps answer your question.
