I bought this to feed my and to entertain my Blue Healer since she needs mental stimulation as much as she needs physical stimulation. It took a few weeks for her to learn how to remove the platforms on purpose, and she likes using it, but the cone/tower things are dumb. There is no resistance to removing them. The first time she pushed one over with her nose, with no effort, she took it away and chewed on it. Luckily it is a thick plastic so she's hardly done any damage. I don't mind having it, but I wouldn't buy again.

Overall, my dogs and I are enjoying this toy. It comes with clear instructions and seems sturdy. My only issue is that the whole thing is hard plastic, and the platforms falling out and hitting the bottom makes a loud noise which startles my dogs, which makes them skittish around it.

My dog Sparky loves his Trixie Activity Tower. He uses his teeth to pull the little ropes to slide out the spacers and remove the cones to retrieve treats.

This is a great idea, but it is poorly made and the pieces are either too small or too big. I was so excited when it finally came and when I opened it and gave it a test run I was completely dissatisfied.

I purchased the toy since the idea is great but the toy itself is poorly constructed but can be easily fixed if u so choose.

I really loved the idea of an interactive toy that my dogs would find fun and stimulating. I think that it really has potential to get there, but the plastic tube that is used for the column, is very light weight, and it will crack quickly. Another beef that I had, was that while it isn't a complicated thing to put together, there are no instructions whatsoever. You have to look at the not very clear picture on the box, to see what to do with the 3 tiny screws. It is also constructed in a way that it is difficult to screw them in. Last beef is that there is a hole on the bottom, that looks like you are supposed to screw the bottom, wood platform, but there is no corresponding screw for that. I really wanted to like this, and I hope that they will work to make it the dynamite product that it could be.
