Petco contacted the wrong vet for a prescription/authorization, then wouldn’t listen to me when I pointed out what happened. I never got my prescription.

This is not a simple process

This is not a simple process. You have to get the written prescription from Your vet and then you have to mail it and hope the mail gets to it and you have no idea what the status is. It all worked out, but I am not going to go through this process again this way.

I have purchased trifexis from the veterinarian and from Petco, which used to be Drs. Foster and Smith. Petco's is the same product as from the veterinarian but priced much less.
