Sentinel has been suggested instead of Trifexis but my pup weighs between 24.5-25.5 lbs which is right at the dosing boundary. What’s the protocol for choosing the right dose?

Hi. Is there an effective flea and tick product on the market that's appropriate for a 10-year-old Shih Tzu. We have been using Trifexis for the past few years since Comfortis went off the market. And prior to that we would use Frontline together with Comfortis. Doesn't matter what it tastes like, we hide it in his homemade food cut in small pieces anyway. Thank you.
