Very hard to put together -- my husband had to do it and said that it didn't line up correctly (the top perch slightly sniffles as a result). Also my 9 pound cat couldn't figure out how to get on it and there is no easy access for her to reach the top. I ended up putting it near some furniture so she could climb onto it that way but she is still reluctant to use it.

Not the absolute sturdiest, but pretty good. I do wish the posts were thicker & stronger as we have several big boys (one is 17 lbs), but they haven't broken it so far - they broke our last one right away. The top perch doesn't sit evenly which is quite irritating so I removed a star. Cat tree designers need to actually learn car behavior and take all size cats into account when building these things - it's like they've never interacted with cats at all!
