Great cat tree- it was the perfect size for what I needed. Fits in corner by a window between the wall and a piece of furniture. I bought this one because it's tall enough for them to see out the window from the top and my one cat likes hiddey holes. The basket and hammock really only fit small kittens so I didn't bother putting the hammock on. Overall it's best for smaller cats that want to climb but it's big enough for at least a 10 lb cat I would say. It's comparable to other trees I've owned. They are scratching it up as expected but that is okay with me. I would rather they destroy this than my furniture and it is cat approved! I have ten month old female sisters. They weigh 6.5 and 7.5 pounds. It's also sturdy and balanced well. There is a wall mount you can use to stabilize it more but I didn't even bother. It's great in a corner. My floor is carpeted and it's fine.

Better for Smaller Cats

My two cats weigh about 12 pounds each. The condo portion and hanging basket are a bit small for them. They do like to lounge on the top platform. The structure appears sturdy, but I would have liked it to be a little better counterbalanced for larger cats. I've been placing it against the wall or furniture. The instructions were easy to follow and all of the parts were included for putting it together.

Kittens love it. I've had it 2 months now and they sleep on it and play on it. Very stable without using wall anchor. Sometimes its scooched over based on where it is against the wall, but never topples even with both of them rough housing on the top. My complaints are it's not good quality. My biggest complaint is that the fabric just lints everywhere. All over the tree, all on the floor, stuck in their paws, everywhere. I have to vacuum everyday. Then they have already scratched multiple holes in the fabric above the scratch posts. Now, they're 6 months and they've outgrown this small one. I'm looking for something twice as tall so they can have something to jump on and stay off my counters and furniture, but I'm hesitant to try this brand again given the linting it does.

This medium size cat tree with condo is amazing. It was easy to assemble when it arrived. Easy to clean with a small handheld vacuum cleaner. Some of the pole will double as scratching post. Plenty of room for at least 3 cats maybe 4 depending on size. Great for smaller areas or apartments. Easy to move around as needed.
