Awful Customer Serice!
My cage was damaged. I have called multiple times, re replacement of damaged pieces. Zero action, but for silly notes saying they will review it. Included photos, etc., and yet, nothing is done. I will end up taking the cage back to the store, due to total inaction. A shame, because I liked the cage. I will sadly never order from Petco online, again, given the awful customer service.

Great cage
This cage is great. Being on wheels allows for easy movement as needed for cleaning around and under the cage. The Easy pull out try allows for easy cleaning as well. The shelf under the cage is great for storage of food and treats. Toys and treats clip easily to and of the side of the cage.
