Horrific customer service / worst I’ve ever had!!
I bought this going on two weeks ago now, & i guess we will just start with the fact that it was in an obliterated box dropped off from the mailman whenever I got it. I brought it home took a picture of the box, unpackaged it, and could hardly wait to get it set up for my cats. well fast-forward I get all the pieces out and organized, well, no instructions to be found. so a couple days pass of me trying to find a video or online link to this instruction manual then I call Petco. They are absolutely no help and tell me that I can just continue to wait for an instruction manual that they will contact the vendor or I can just return it. Which by the way have heard absolutely nothing from them. No other help or sympathy for the situation.. I have called Topeakmart numerous amounts of times and they never answer. I am emailing back-and-forth with them now and they had to have my order number before they could do anything which I find absolutely baffling you need an order number just to receive an instruction manual I’m not gonna lie I will never be ordering or shopping with Petco in my life again and especially not toPeakMart. This has been one of the most frustrating and annoying experience’s I have ever encountered. An absolutely no need for customer service. They did not care to have me back as a customer or fix the situation in anyway besides helping me get a f pamphlet that I can get on my own. Barely apparently.

Very easy set up
This is almost identical to the one I bought 4 years ago. The baskets on this are very small to a human, but I have a very large cat that didn't seem to mind the size. He still curled up in it and went to sleep.

Worth every penny
I got this for my two kitties and they absolutely LOVE it!! I specifically chose this cat tree for the three little cubbies it has for my cats to hide in. They hang out on it all day, scratching, sleeping, and playing. The fabric is pretty soft and the little ball hanging at the top has a bell on it that my kitties love to play with. The cat tree comes with a little tool to put it together with but we used a wrench at home. It's pretty sturdy too. They go crazy climbing all over it but it doesn't seem wobbly like it's gonna fall over or anything. (We have wood floors.) I really recommend this cat tree!
