FIRST ingredient is corn syrup? Vitamins made with cheap sugary garbage. No thank you.

The first couple times I gave it to him, he wouldn’t take it. I tried putting it on his paw and nose but it just got all over the place. The next time I put some on my finger and put it on the roof of his mouth and he ate it and layer down with no fuss and that is how I give it to him now. He doesn’t mind the taste which I know because I tried another brand by doing the same thing and he gagged and avoided me after but this product gives him essential nutrients and calories he needs when he doesn’t eat and within a few minutes he goes to his bowl and starts eating his canned food that he was previously avoiding. My cat has CHF with little appetite and this has been getting him through the rough patches.

I bought this after rescuing a stray neighboorhood kitten who has feline leukemia. It’s only been one week since this boy came to us and he is happy to eat the salmon flavor and although doesn’t eat very much at all due to his sickness he eats this on top of his wet food which is is also super picky and finicky about. I am happy to feed this to him knowing his little belly is growing and he’s getting the nutrients he needs being so frail and unwilling to eat. He has had more energy and more appetite feeding him this paste and it only being a week I can see the benefits it’s giving him already. He’s having more healthy bowel movements and like I said has more of an appetite so that’s amazing. Thank you for the product as this is my boyfriend and is first cat alone and it so happens to be a sick stray. It truly has helped this small kitten a lot and I will leave another review if he continues onto this path thank you so much again!

I foster kittens for a local rescue (have fostered for over 6 years). Many are malnourished and/or sick. This product helps to get these babies the extra nutrition to restore them to good health so they can be adopted. The kittens all enjoy the flavor as well and find it palatable whether I mix it with kitten formula, canned food or administer it via syringe.

Can this product be used for mature older cats?

    Question do the kittens need to be over a certain age? I have a 5 week kitten that mom wanted nothing to do. He’s so tiny , he had pneumonia at 2 1/2 weeks. So was on medication and took a great turn! But it’s like he doesn’t want to eat?!

      I would give a little of what it mentions a half of a half and work up to it at least 6 weeks mb give him mixed in with the food but again just a little I also my baby needed medicated food for a little while according to my vet.
