Hi & thanks for being available! Both my 11 year old dogs (littermates) have had cancer at age 10 & since then, I've been feeding them 1/2 Halo Lamb & making Dog Cancer Survival Diet from that book for the other half. I eat fish & sometimes get whole fish. Can I feed the head, skin, tail, eyes (shudder), etc from fish to the dogs? Should I feed it 1) raw pureed in a Vitamix, 2) cooked in water & then pureed or 3) just the broth made from it... wondering what might be best.
My dog 4 months old gets diarrhea from eating Merrick real lamb wet a tablespoon ( limited diet) and Merrick salmon dry. But when I gave him pasta and mashed potatoes for 2 days very little diarrhea left and bi gas and no stomach churning and noises? Any suggestions? He is a cane corso Labrador mix

Tot has a nasal tumor and chicken and rice is the only thing she wants to eat that does not cause diarrhea. I want to keep giving her the chicken and rice, since she loves it, but I know this is not nutritionally adequate. She is still a happy dog, with the usual senior energy level. I have an 8 month old 10 lb BIG maile kitten.He is very long and has bit paws. I assume he is still growing. How much should I be feeding him: 3 wet 3 oz cans and a little dry food - more or less? I can feel his spine but not his ribs. His wet food is 10% protein, usually chicken or chicken & liver. All is no grain. I keep reading different things.
