I’m so thankful these products are available in chicken-free flavors. They were a lifesaver as it was a big fight to find a way to get my cat with allergies to take her medicine. She could smell it too. From the get go adding it to these mousses worked.

My car only eats Tiki Velvet Mousse and in particular the fishy ones…. It has. Thick creamy smooth consistency that my cat loves. I took away a star because the packaging is messy and leaves a lot of food in the bag. It would be nice if they repackaged it into metal tubes like toothpaste which could be flattened as it’s used. Even better if the tube was fully recyclable. The current packaging is not and ends up in trash :(

Where is the tuna and mackerel sourced from?

Tuna is wild caught in the South Pacific Ocean. Wild Alaskan Salmon is the only salmon found in any of our formulas. Sardines and Mackerels are both caught worldwide by Purse Seining, but we ensure there is no ocean floor dragging to provide an eco-friendly food supply. We source our products primarily off the coast of Thailand.

Does anyone know, in simple to understand terms, what the sodium content of the Tiki Cat Velvet Mousse Tuna & Mackerel? Our cat has a heart condition, loves Tiki Cat Velvet Mousse Tuna & Mackerel, but we are concerned about the sodium content per bag.

So it doesn't tell you anywhere what the sodium content is, but I can say that this food does not make my cat run for the water fountain, nor does it smell salty. There is another brand of food in gravy that to me smells like it is full of salt, and after eating it, he drinks a lot from the water fountain. I know that is not the answer you wanted, but it is all I have!
