This has saved our aging kitty. It gives her a full feeling all day (she's hyper thyroid so hungry often) and has a lot of tooth loss so this is perfect. Also, one of only brand & flavors that agrees with her digestive system. Thank you Petco for carrying this.

I have been getting this for my cat for a few years already. My cat is 17 years old and I see that this is easier for her to digest and less chewing on other foods that's in chunks etc. This is like a creamy pate. I add about 1/2 teaspoon of water to 2 teaspoon of mousse according to her vet to give her more liquid to better her kidney at her age.

When my senior cat scarfed down Tiki Cat Velvet Mousse Senior Chicken with Pumpkin, I had to do a double take that this was not Churu (cat crack). Given her weight, I gave her two packets. Although my cat eats these so fast that she sometimes regurgitates. Instead of giving her two packets at the same time, I give her one packet at a time with a 10-minute break interval in between. I will even throw in dental chews with her food, and she will eat them all. For whatever reason, my cat likes the chicken version slightly better than the salmon version. She definitely slants more carnivore than pescatarian. And pricing is slightly more on the chicken than salmon.

My cat is almost 16 years old and after eating just about anything has become quite finicky. She loves these mousse style packets. I like that they are nutritionally balanced for older cats

My senior (15 y.o.) kitty loves this food. She licks her bowl clean. She was diagnosed with early stage 2 kidney failure a couple of months ago. I got this after she refused to eat all rx kidney food options and I’m glad she likes this. She just had her kidney values checked yesterday and they’ve improved! I will keep feeding her this even though it is definitely on the expensive side. Thanks Tiki Cat and thanks Petco for an easy and customizable repeat delivery system.

13 yr old cat loves Tiki mousse or pate (not shredded), 2 times per day: “as is” ; or mixed one teaspoon with dry kibble food; plus one teaspoon warm water.

I don’t know what secret ingredient is in this, but I have a 15 year old cat that has been a finicky eater since he joined me at age 3. I literally beg and feed him one bite at a time in five separate meals to get his daily minimum. He especially hated wet food, I’ve tried them all. But not now. He is addicted. Licks up every drop and begs for more. He watches the clock and reminds me if I’m not preparing his meal an hour ahead of time.

The packets fit easily inside my cat, with little waste. It’s difficult to taste the pumpkin, but it’s definitely chicken. So far it has kept my cat alive and ambulatory. Well done Tiki Cat.
