All my cats love the consistency of this food and the taste. I do add some water to make it even smoother. I think they have good ingredients. I use this in the evening as a supplement to their dry food. It's also good when you need to give medicine and supplements. I mix a little water with the food and add the medicine in a syringe, and they take it no problem!
