Best low-carb wet food for cats?

Hello, my cats are on a mix diet, wet food and kibbles. Is it okay to give their kibbles with some water mixed in at each meal. My female cat tends to eat her kibbles to fast and sometimes throws up so I thought this might help but wanted to make sure it was okay. They eat tiki cat wet food and natural balance LID salomn dry food.
My cat has had Royal Canin Urinary SO normal calorie dry food for past 8 years after getting struvite stone surgery. In last 6mo. she has gone from 8lb to 6.3lb. vet says it's because she hasn't been eating well and leukemia virus, thyroid, CBC, kidney fox were normal. She started on SO wet food but only eats a little (<1can/day + Little of ad lib dry). We tried blue wilderness wet salmon food for higher protein (sarcopenia bc low protein in SO diet.) Will this help her gain/maintain weight?

After cat fight & treated at vet with Covina, rabies, anti inflam shot, my indoor/outdoor cat recovered indoors for 3 weeks. He started going outside again in a limited way. He gained weight. About 2-3 pounds. He is getting a tummy. Pics attached. His diet (per day) is free eating Hills Science dry perfect weight chicken, 2 to 2.5 (3oz cans fancy feast, (about 1/2 can at a time when he requests) & occasionally cooked chicken meat. Dear friends; my 15 y.o. cat is chronic renal. she takes 125 ml serum w/lactate every 48 hs. No appetite: I must feed her Recovery & AD 120 ml/day via a seringe in the mouth. The only food she will eat spontaneouly is ND tuna or tuna&salmon. I live in Brazil, these cans are imported, very expensive. The vet told not to feed commercial canned tuna for its sodium content. Question: what if I buy natural tuna or salmon at the fishmonger and give her? Thank you VERY much!
