They did not have that gross cat food smell, it was actually a human food type smell when I opened the can! The list of ingredients makes me very confident in the brand. Miya licked her bowl clean of these!

I feel good knowing they use good clean ingredients at a fair budget price. I love that they only use ingredients advertised and no hidden fillers like other brands. They also add on the can the calorie count as well as a protein/fat/fiber analysis.

It's a very smooth and fragrant pâté--something they usually go crazy for--and they love seafood flavors like this. Tuna, especially, is one of their favorite foods. But for some reason, there was very little interest in this product. They only ate a little bit of it when they got hungry enough because I didn't give them any other food options that day. It surprises me because I know this is a good and nutritious food for cats. It is made with real fish and is Tiki Cat's typical high quality. But cats be cattin', and so far, they aren't interested in this one. Oh, well? I would recommend trying a single can, if possible, before buying a whole 12-pack.

They seemed to really enjoy the pate style food because it as easy to eat and dense at the same time. Tuna and Prawn is pretty unique compared to what they normally eat and I think they liked the change. I split one can between the two of them each day because they also eat dry food, and they gobbled it up each morning. I would recommend Tiki Cat just for the sole purpose of them offering healthier alternatives for cat food over some other brands. Their ingredients are pure and you know you’re giving your fur babies something healthy.
