My Pumpkin is throwing up every so often. I have changed her food to Purina dry cat food that's gentle on her stomach but it's not working. We monitor her food all the time. We don't know what to do can't afford to take her to the doctor. I thought about giving her Iams cat food. Also she will not eat any wet canned cat food. Once in a blue moon she will eat tuna but mostly with water mixed in. She is a calico tutti. Please help

WHAT can I feed my cats, their wet food is suddenly "bad" and they won't touch it?
I have tried a new food and my cat likes it. It is 'tuna in jelly', from Whiskas. One pouch of 85g, he eats almost all of it (leaves a little bit of it uneaten). I have seen on internet that tuna causes yellow fat disease. Can i feed it to him once a day? Also he is an adult cat. Dear friends; my 15 y.o. cat is chronic renal. she takes 125 ml serum w/lactate every 48 hs. No appetite: I must feed her Recovery & AD 120 ml/day via a seringe in the mouth. The only food she will eat spontaneouly is ND tuna or tuna&salmon. I live in Brazil, these cans are imported, very expensive. The vet told not to feed commercial canned tuna for its sodium content. My cat has been on nature variety pride flaked tuna cat food cans for a while and he loves it. Recently I have been treating him with a little orijen chicken formula kibbles here and there then yesterday and today he has been having diaherra, I am guess it is the orijen? He has no other symptom but that, would total-botic probotic for cats given daily help his diaherra? Would pumpkin too? As dental treats I give him virbac treats but I am switching to plaque off hard dental treats.
