My Pumpkin is throwing up every so often. I have changed her food to Purina dry cat food that's gentle on her stomach but it's not working. We monitor her food all the time. We don't know what to do can't afford to take her to the doctor. I thought about giving her Iams cat food. Also she will not eat any wet canned cat food. Once in a blue moon she will eat tuna but mostly with water mixed in. She is a calico tutti. Please help

I have tried a new food and my cat likes it. It is 'tuna in jelly', from Whiskas. One pouch of 85g, he eats almost all of it (leaves a little bit of it uneaten). I have seen on internet that tuna causes yellow fat disease. Can i feed it to him once a day? Also he is an adult cat. Both my cats are on nature variety salomn instinct wet and tsp of firm up pumpkin powder. My female cat had anal gland issues in the past but has been issue free for about two years. But my male cat had diaherra in the past and now suffers from occasional constipation. He had a BM two days ago and ate his full meal last night but he is disinterested in eating his morning meal today which is odd and I found no BM this morning.
