I have a goldendoodle and golden retriever. The GD is terrified of firework, he will keep moving around. I gave both of them the treat around 6pm, it supposes to help then relax but it did not. Once the firework started, the dog just constantly barking which they haven't done so before. I feel like they got worked up more. I don't think it has any effect on my dogs, not even make then chill.

I wish these calming chews worked faster. By the time they start working the storm is gone. In the mean time the dog is shivering and panting heavily. Using these during the fireworks season helped a little. I emphasize LITTLE. I am glad I had these anyway.

My puppy threw them up. So I returned them. I got them because she was getting sick during car rides. She is a small 5 lb. Chihuahua puppy. The amount to give her was the same as a much bigger dog. I returned them because I wanted to control the car sickness and instead it made it worse.

Is this real CBD?

    No, it's safe hemp chews for a hyper puppy. It didn't work for my senior dog who was afraid of storms and fireworks. But we started our rescue pup on them early so he could care less about noises.

How long does it to work after the dog eats it?

    It doesn’t work right away.  If I had to take the dogs in the car or if I knew there was going to be fireworks that night, I had to give it to the dogs about 1/2 hr before to get the desired effect.  It works really well if you can give it before a stressful situation, however if you try to give it during a stressful situation, it doesn’t usually work immediately.

    It doesn't have a specific flavor listed. In the "Inactive Ingredients" it lists "Natural Flavoring" as an ingredient. That is the only thing I see regarding flavor. They are manufactured by Thunder Works. They have a phone number listed on the bottle, it is 866-892-2078. They may be able to better answer your question. Hope this helps!

I have a 4.5 year old male Border Collie. He is petrified of the thunder. Anybody used this product before for that purpose that can recommend the product. The other two Collies are not that scared of the thunder. They just enjoy the extra attention.
