Is this product meant to stay stable with a large-framed but not fat cat whose weight may get up to a max of like 32 lbs (He was 29 lbs a year ago but he may be or get to be 33 lbs max)? Will it *certainly* be able to handle him jumping up onto this?
- Installed into wood studs properly this should be fine.

Is it possible to not use the fuzzy white cover? Or is there another possible carpet like cover I can use with it?
- It comes with the white faux fur carpet. However, brown or grey Berber carpet can be purchased from The Refined Feline separately
