Why does my dog hate wearing sweaters? The others are always good, hazel has a water jacket and I put it on her when its really cold or raining and she always stays still like a statue and then she will rub against the wall, plants, or a couch, the jacket fits her perfectly and she can pee and poop with no issue (asking since summer is all most over ) thank you!
Hello buddy is a yellow lab and he loves to chew on Rawhide. I can't seem to find the huge rawhides he likes that I buy at Christmas time. Can you recommend any treats that he can chew on for long periods of time? I see that dr. Foster and Smith sell a rawhide bone but it's almost $30 for three of them and then not nearly the size of the large ones he gets through in a few days if that.
Ok so I have an issue. Its getting cold here and we are looking at some very heavy snow this year. All three of our dogs are rather thin coated. The older two refuse to potty outside if its too cold. Would sweaters help? Also the youngest is less than two pounds (tiny chihuahua mix) and even though he's not allowed outside yet we like 2 to 4 inches above our floor tend to get cold no matter what temperature we keep the house at how can I help him stay warm?

We adopted two pups, male littermates a year ago.Trainings was difficult with two at he same time, but the more terrier of the pair has done well with housebreaking. The more poodle one is pretty good except when it's raining. He likes to stand on the top step of the pool, plays in huge puddles,but still doesn't want to go outside on rainy days. What can you suggest?,
I actually have two issues. First issue is what Can I Give 7 year old Labrador Retriever black lab to calm him down with lightning and rain and snow? We adore our rescue dog and I love to take him on walks but although he’s great with people, he’s very unpredictable with other dogs and he’s extremely prey driven. So much that my 13 year old can’t cntril him if he sees a cat or bunny or something. What do you recommend as far as a harness or collar that will help control his pulling and lunging so that we can enjoy our walks with him more? He’s about 60 lbs, by the way.
Jack (12 lbs) licked an empty bowl of chocolate ice cream. The ingredient in the ice cream is cocoa. He probably got a few good licks in before I caught him. Again, bowl was empty, he just licked the sides and spoon. Help?
