I have a pitbull/bulldog mix that stays outside who is allergic to cedar bedding and pine is there a hypoallergenic bedding for outside animals?

Help! We have a neighbor who otherwise is quite tolerable or even nice at times. The problem is they have 2 German shepherds that they put in an upstairs room when they leave the house with the windows a little bit open. If we or any other neighbors walk out onto their driveway or lawn or whatever the dogs really get to barking. As you know, the German shepherd bark is one of the loudest for a reason of them being protector type dogs. I'm going to try the "Quiet" command as the article suggests.
Why does my dog hate wearing sweaters? The others are always good, hazel has a water jacket and I put it on her when its really cold or raining and she always stays still like a statue and then she will rub against the wall, plants, or a couch, the jacket fits her perfectly and she can pee and poop with no issue (asking since summer is all most over ) thank you!

We have a German Shorthair/choc lab mix, who is close to 16 years old. He is pretty good health the vet says. He does have what they call fatty tumors on his chest and some down toward stomach. That isnt our issue, he is drives us mentality crazy. He has always been anxious when we leave him. I do daycare and he has always been around them. But, think the they are getting to him(noise). But he wants to be outside then he wants in He will stand in yard and stare. He is driving us goofy.

Now with DCM going around I’m scared I’m in transition switching to hills science diet at the moment but people are getting echos done for their dogs, should I be worried? Hello buddy is a yellow lab and he loves to chew on Rawhide. I can't seem to find the huge rawhides he likes that I buy at Christmas time. Can you recommend any treats that he can chew on for long periods of time? I see that dr. Foster and Smith sell a rawhide bone but it's almost $30 for three of them and then not nearly the size of the large ones he gets through in a few days if that.
