I’ve found the size ideal for using these as small treats; Louie enjoys them very much. Only request is a grain-inclusive version.

Make the turkey WITH grain version.

Marie

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved this food for a while but unfortunately my dog came down with heart problems by the time she was 8 (after eating this line for about 5 years). I inquired about them making a turkey and grain as my dog can only do turkey as the protein, and though they said it was in the works, 2 years later it’s not. We do home made food with a vet-developed recipe and it’s helping. My other dog ate the chicken with grain clusters and enjoyed that, sans us worrying about heart problems he may develop later.

Nice sized bites of food. Soft yet lightly crunchy and easy to chew. My dog is picky and he doesn’t prefer the taste as much as the chicken and beef options.

I used to use the freeze dried mix, but switched to the clusters as that is the more convenient method and the dogs seem to love it just as well.
