We usually eat Thrive. I wanted something with a little more texture just as a surrpise and topper. They love it and I have to hide the bag as they keep trying to open it.

Grain Free Dry Kibble

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using honest kitchen products for a little while now & I love that it’s a cleaner brand I can stand behind. I love the better quality kibble for both my goldens as they need some crunch to their food rather than raw! We always top it off with the bone broth or goat milk!

Questions

1 - 4 of 4 Questions

How many cups are in a 5 pound bag?

  1. Hi there, That's a great question. There are approximately 20 cups in each 5 pound bag of Whole Food Clusters. I hope this clears things up! Thanks,

How much water is recommended to add to 3/4 cup food?

  1. Hi there! You're welcome to add as much or as little water to the Whole Food Clusters as you'd like. Our Clusters are made so that you can feed them right out of the bag without any additional steps, unlike the dehydrated recipes we make which require water to be added. So you can feed the Clusters dry, or if you'd prefer to increase your pup's hydration, feel free to add as much water as you feel is appropriate. I hope this helps!

How large are the clusters? I just adopted a 4 lb. Chihuahua. Would her tiny mouth be able to handle them?

  1. No definitely not - I have a yorkie- poo and I have to crush these into way smaller pieces. They do sell small breed but I haven’t been able to find in the store

I have a very picky eater. He is a Maltipoo. I brought a trial pack of chicken and the other is turkey. I mixed the chicken one and put a couple of tablespoons down and he ate it when I put the rest in bowl he walked away. Can I save the rest for later?

  1. Hello! Thanks for your question. You can absolutely save the rest for later. Once the dehydrated food has been re-hydrated with warm water, you may cover and refrigerate any uneaten portions for 2-3 days. Frozen leftovers will keep for even longer (but we don’t recommend feeding anything past the best by date, even if it’s been frozen!). We suggest adding a little bit of warm water to the mix and stirring before serving. I hope this helps!
