I like this flavor because I don’t need to add extra fish oil to my dog’s food. And my dog loves the taste!

My dogs love this variety and I like it because it is lower in fat and has organic grains. I wish your foods were lower in carbs because I am very happy with the brand, in general.

Low fat option

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Trying as a low fat option for our dog with pancreatitis, after trying Royal canin and hills science we could no longer feed our dog those foods, just take a look at their ingredients it's not food we would consider remotely healthy. That's why we chose Honest Kitchen the ingredient list seems very good it's lower fat to help support our dogs pancreatitis and it's not priced to the point of unaffordable. We are 3 weeks in to the new diet and all is going well with the whole grain fish and oat recipe

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This food is very easy to prepare for my dog and she seems to really enjoy it. The cost of the food will be a reordering factor for me. I have a larger dog and the kcal/cup may not be cost effective.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our big Berner LOVES this food. We mix with some kibble for crunch and sometimes (if the pan is already hot for human pancakes, for example) we form patties from the mixture and cook him some burgers. Massively happy dog.

Just Thinking

Honest Kitchen is an excellent choice for healthly dog food. My issue is with the fact that Petco doesn't offer a 7 pound box in the Fish and Oat Reciepe.

No, I do not recommend this product.
