Are there any additives or preservatives in this product?
- my dog is healthier since we started using this product.

Are the vegetables cooked before hydration or are they raw?
- Hi there! Thanks for your question. Our leafy greens are steamed in a dry-steam process, which occurs after dehydration, as a food safety measure. All our remaining produce is dehydrated below 104F and is still considered raw after the drying is complete. Our potatoes and grains are flash heated (and rolled in the case of our grains) to help break down the cellulose, which aids digestion. They are then gently dehydrated to remove the moisture. I hope this helps!
