FreshPet makes a meat pate for cats & dogs. Is it dangerous folr cats to eat the Dog Pate?
What is the best food to feed a 55-pound highly active hound? I was told to switch to grain free, but her stool has been mucous like and runny. I've tried Redford Naturals Limited Ingredient (I've tried chicken, beef, sweet potato) and American Journey Limited ingredient (lamb). Just looking to find the best dog food for a very active hound that won't break the bank. Also, I'm concerned with all this news of heart problems linked with specific foods.
What would be the best wet dog food for her weighing 3.3 lbs. 4 years and has Periodontal desease? And can I purchase at Petco or Petsmart? Thank you
Are the bags of raw food better for my German Shepherd or was wet food mixed with kibble diet better? He’s on Ultras puppy kibble and nutro wet ( photographed ) currently
Hi I have a puppy who my vet wants me to take off of beef to see if this is the case. My 2 German Shepards get raw meat which most the puppy will no longer be allowed but she loves it! I've got beef free and grain free dry food for her but have also been looking into homemade dog food with meat. Would it be ok to feed her the day biscuits in the morning and a homemade recipie at night? My main concern is that she will be lacking vitamins and nutrients. Thank you!
I want to make homemade wet food for my dog to mix with her storebought hard food. Is this safe from a vets perspective? Any tips?
Best low-carb wet food for cats?
What type of food ingredients would be good for a German Shepherd? Grain free?
Hi! I am considering changing Addy’s food over to Taste of the Wild High Prairee puppy food. It’s grain free and has lean proteins and a 28% protein content. Currently she is on Blue Buffalo large breed puppy food that has whole grains. She is experience soft stool in the evening. I believe this may be from her food? Blue Buffalo is chicken based, and she does drink lots of water. She just had a vet appt, no presence of parasites in her stool. Any recommendations?
How to make my fussy dog eat dog food? Currently she kinda eats the Tesco brand pâté dog food, she’ll only eat around 50g of this and I have to hand feed her then I worry and give her something I know she’ll eat like peperami sausage or treats I’ve never met a fussier dog you have to see to believe she’s 7 weeks pregnant and she’d rather starve than eat something she doesn’t like she only sniffs it and leaves it to rot when she eats dog food it has to be pâté she won’t eat chunks or dry HELP!!
35 lb 5 month boxer. How much food/day? Currently eating petco brand puppy formula
I have decided to prepare Nala's food at home as opposed to store bought dog food. What would I need to add to a recipe containing following: Beef Liver 3lbs Lamb Hearts 2lbs Beef Tripe 1lb Ground Chicken 5 lbs Water - as need to incorporate beef stew bones 3lbs Brussel Sprouts .5 lb Butternut Squash 1lb Pink Himalayan Salt- 1 tbl I did cook all of this, although I know that raw is better, and then ground it all together.
