Is this fish is baked or row?

    Hi Martiny, Our recipes are made from dehydrated whole food ingredients; they're not quite the same as raw. Our meats, fish, and eggs are gently steamed at about 165F before being dehydrated to make sure they're safe and free of any pathogens without the use of harmful irradiation. The steaming process means that these ingredients are not considered raw. I hope this helps! Thanks,
