Directions for Use By adjusting the slide, open the collar piece wide. Slip it over the dog's neck and decrease size until you can comfortably slip only a couple of fingers under the collar. Caution: Do not overtighten on dog's neck when adjusting. Not to be used as a tie out collar. Made in USA.

This is a good collar ,is still in good shape and he has been using it for a while now it is holding up great . It has worked to help deter my 80 lb dog from pulling somewhat more than any other collar I tried .
