Directions for Use By adjusting the slide, open the collar piece wide. Slip it over the dog's neck and decrease size until you can comfortably slip only a couple of fingers under the collar. Caution: Do not overtighten on dog's neck when adjusting. Not to be used as a tie out collar. Made in USA.

HUGE!
I bet this is a great collar. However, my dog who almost always wears a size large collar could definitely not fill out this size large. I gave two stars because Petco should be responsible enough to list the measurement details for each size, but there are no specifications listed. I have to return/exchange this for a smaller size because the large is far too big for my 60lb lab.
For your reference:
Small: 12"-18"
Large: 18"-30"
